Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for our U.S. and Canada orders and shipments. Free shipping will automatically apply to your checkout. There is no code required for this promotion.
Can I combine promotion code with free shipping offer?
Yes please! Free shipping rate will automatically apply during the checkout process. You will be able to combine a promotion code with free shipping before completing your order. Promotion rules may change or discontinue without any further notification.
Christmas delivery cut-off date
To give you the best chance of getting your delivery before Christmas, our holiday delivery cut-off-date to place any online orders is by November 30th. That way our couriers have a chance of reaching you before that famous snow winter!
When will I get my order for shipments in the US?
It's difficult to predict the shipping times. Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Due to current global shipment challenges, it may be ideal to begin your holiday shopping earlier to ensure receiving orders on time.
At this time, our products are only available for orders in United States and Canada. The shipping time depends on your location. It can be estimated between 1-3 weeks including fulfillment time. During holiday seasons, deliverable time may experience longer than usual due to our global suppliers' country holidays or national holidays.
We offer free shipping for orders place and ship within the United States and Canada. Rules with The shipping rate will apply to your purchase order during the check-out process. All of these rules are subject to change depending on circumstances and conditions. Prices, fees, rules, and offers are subject to change without notice.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How are your products made?
Magge Style works with global suppliers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at email@example.com
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org within weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order for us better assist you.
